Job Duties
- Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods to generate high-quality leads
- Canvass designated territories regularly and professionally
- Present and explain the features and benefits of Renewal by Andersen's windows and doors
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications
- Meet or exceed individual sales and lead generation targets
- Participate actively in the 90-day training program and ongoing coaching
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve strategies and outcomes
