- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in retail or related fields
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and managing teams

Job Duties
- Provide functional expertise and execute responsibilities to enhance the Starbucks experience for customers and increase profitability
- Lead a team of leaders to develop high performing, results driven teams through coaching and providing transparent insight and feedback
- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for regional business growth
- Inspire and model teamwork, inclusiveness, and confidence in leadership across teams
- Identify and execute opportunities for growth and expansion within the region
