Job Requirements

  • 7-10 years of related experience including two years of operations management or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office software
  • Experience with business or general ledger software
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in an indoor office environment
  • Ability to attend evening or weekend company functions and events
  • Willingness to travel to other locations
  • Physical ability to talk, hear, type, handle objects, reach and focus as required
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the system including financial, technical, franchise relations, vehicles, customer relations, and local customer service
  • Provide leadership and direction to local staff including hiring, disciplining, motivating, and assessing management performance
  • Work with Senior Leadership Team to create and manage expense and capital operating budgets
  • Establish strategic development and tactical execution of the business plan with Senior Director, Operations
  • Review key performance indicator reports and financial statements to determine performance against objectives and revise plans accordingly
  • Plan, develop, and execute financial, staffing, and public relations strategies with Senior Director, Operations
  • Verify, monitor, and approve all expense and capital expenditures before submission
  • Ensure adherence to accounting procedures including cash controls, accounts payable, and inventory
  • Interact with public officials, government representatives, and legal entities on behalf of the company
  • Implement and represent corporate policies and procedures
  • Negotiate programming for local market
  • Perform other duties as assigned
