Job Duties
- Recruitment and selection for open positions in the department
- ensures associates are fully trained for their essential jobs
- on stage manage associates through guidance, reward, and recognition
- schedules, coaches, and counsels associates
- investigates any unlawful acts (internal/external)
- conducts departmental meetings and shift change roll calls
- chairperson of safety team and meetings
- liaison with MPD / DSNA
- maintains MSDS books
- maintain MOD program
- maintains emergency procedures
- write reports
- assist loss prevention officers with their duties
- oversight of transportation & parking ramp departments
- maintain hotel radio communications
