Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Seven years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Valid state motor vehicle operator's license and ability to obtain and maintain auto-liability insurance
- Experience in wholesale or operational management or related industries
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP system or similar system

Job Duties
- Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization
- Review financial statements and data and utilize data to improve profitability
- Prepare and control operational budgets
- Control total inventory management by ensuring the compliance of receiving and inventory control procedures, develop and recommend alterations to procedures and best practices as warranted
- Plan effective strategies for the financial wellbeing of the company
- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
- Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures
- Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods
- Monitor warehouse performance and implement improvements
- Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity
- Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery
- Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services
- Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity
- Implement and manage operational plans
- Perform other related duties as assigned
