Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Seven years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator's license and ability to obtain and maintain auto-liability insurance
  • Experience in wholesale or operational management or related industries
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP system or similar system

Job Duties

  • Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization
  • Review financial statements and data and utilize data to improve profitability
  • Prepare and control operational budgets
  • Control total inventory management by ensuring the compliance of receiving and inventory control procedures, develop and recommend alterations to procedures and best practices as warranted
  • Plan effective strategies for the financial wellbeing of the company
  • Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
  • Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures
  • Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods
  • Monitor warehouse performance and implement improvements
  • Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity
  • Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery
  • Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity
  • Implement and manage operational plans
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
