Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years of foodservice management experience
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to perform daily operational oversight
  • Must be ServSafe certified

Job Qualifications

  • B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology or related field preferred
  • Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience
  • Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, sanitation, and cost controls
  • Previous P&L accountability or contract service experience preferred
  • Strong supervisory, leadership, and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer programs
  • ServSafe Certified

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement overall operating strategy aligned with client business goals
  • Take full ownership of driving desired business outcomes
  • Evaluate personnel and operations and make appropriate recommendations
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
  • Lead pre-meal briefings and staff meetings to ensure ongoing communication
  • Manage financial performance by analyzing budgets and coaching team on cost controls
