Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to communicate effectively in a positive, upbeat fashion
- Possessing interpersonal skills with focused attention to guests needs
- Ability to check transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills a must
- Previous cash-handling experience, preferred
- Ability to withstand prolonged standing
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability
- Able to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Efficiently and accurately take and deliver orders while interacting with guests
- Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests, check-in with guests to ensure that they have everything they need, and clean dirty dishes from the table
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- familiarity with domestic and import beers, different types of wine, and brand name spirits
- Maintain assigned areas by keeping them clean and free of debris, and track guests while they move around the pool area
- Work with other servers and be a team player
- Perform cashiering functions by closing checks and preparing end of shift paperwork
- Ensure that tables and side stands are kept stocked, tidy and clean
- Demonstrate superior guest service skills by presenting a friendly, relaxed, and professional demeanor
