Job Requirements
- 2-4+ years of sous chef experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment
- Strong broiler skills are required
- The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste
- An excellent attention to detail
- Passion for culinary and mentorship
- Must report to work on time and in proper uniform and punch in and out as required
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Report to work on time and in proper uniform, always punching in and out as required of all employees
- Promote teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment
- Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant at all times
- Assist the Chef de Cuisine in daily kitchen operations
- Manage recipe interpretation and compliance to minimize waste
- Oversee broiler station operations to maintain food quality
- Mentor and lead kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards
