Job Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of sous chef experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment
  • Strong broiler skills are required
  • The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste
  • An excellent attention to detail
  • Passion for culinary and mentorship
  • Must report to work on time and in proper uniform and punch in and out as required
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time and in proper uniform, always punching in and out as required of all employees
  • Promote teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment
  • Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant at all times
  • Assist the Chef de Cuisine in daily kitchen operations
  • Manage recipe interpretation and compliance to minimize waste
  • Oversee broiler station operations to maintain food quality
  • Mentor and lead kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards
