Job Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Ability to work full time including Saturday through Wednesday, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions
  • Willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policy

Job Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience in food and beverage services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Experience with team leadership and staff development
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting

Job Duties

  • Ensure high quality, good-tasting and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames
  • Review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions
  • Monitor staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly
  • Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
  • Communicate to staff regularly, both formally and informally
  • Enforce safety standards with employees
  • Ensure sanitation standards are enforced daily and sign-off on cleaning procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
