Job Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • Ability to work full-time Saturday through Wednesday from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
  • Willingness to adhere to company safety and sanitation standards
  • Effective communication skills
  • Capability to perform essential supervisory duties satisfactorily
  • Commitment to maintaining high quality service
  • Ability to engage positively with team members and guests

Job Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience in food and beverage service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to assess and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Experience with menu planning and production oversight
  • Ability to enforce safety and operational protocols effectively

Job Duties

  • Ensure high quality good-tasting and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames
  • Review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions
  • Monitor staff daily to ensure all systems protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly
  • Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
  • Communicate to staff regularly both formally and informally
  • Enforce safety standards with employees
  • Ensure sanitation standards are enforced daily and sign-off on cleaning procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
