Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous guest service experience preferred
  • Availability to work full-time schedule with flexible days and hours
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with foodservice supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to provide leadership and direction to staff

Job Duties

  • Ensure high quality, good-tasting and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames
  • Review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions
  • Monitor staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly
  • Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
  • Communicate to staff regularly, both formally and informally
  • Enforce safety standards with employees
  • Ensure sanitation standards are enforced daily and sign-off on cleaning procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
