- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous guest service experience preferred
- Availability to work full-time schedule with flexible days and hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with foodservice supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties
- Ensure high quality, good-tasting and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames
- Review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions
- Monitor staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly
- Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
- Communicate to staff regularly, both formally and informally
- Enforce safety standards with employees
- Ensure sanitation standards are enforced daily and sign-off on cleaning procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
