Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a front-of-house supervisor
  • Ability to work Monday through Sunday with Wednesday off
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage food and beverage production
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ability to maintain high standards under pressure

Job Duties

  • Ensure high quality, good-tasting and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames
  • Review menu and production needs to oversee daily functions
  • Monitor staff daily to ensure correct use of systems, protocols and quality tools
  • Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
  • Communicate regularly with staff both formally and informally
  • Enforce safety standards with employees
  • Ensure sanitation standards are enforced and sign-off on cleaning procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
