Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service, food service, or retail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs for entire shift
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Compliance with health and safety standards

- 1+ years prior experience in a customer service, food service, or retail position preferred
- Able to work well with others as well as excel independently
- Time management skills and task focused in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and the ability to read, write, communicate effectively
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, climb stairs, stand, and walk for entire scheduled shift
Job Duties
- Follow established recipes to prepare and serve menu items for a food station
- Greet and serve guests in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control, temperature logs, and dates
- Provide guests with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing
- Cashier duties may include operating a POS, accept payment for food and beverage purchases
- Assist with labels and packaging food for take-out menus and mobile ordering
- Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management
- Clean, organize, and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and general areas
- May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed
