Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or cashiering preferred
- ability to work 1st shift, Monday through Friday from 5:30 am to 2 pm
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain a safe working environment
- commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards
- willingness to pursue Serve-Safe certification

Job Duties
- operate coffee station and cash registers daily
- order coffee supplies such as cups and lids
- train as a cashier and ensure smooth customer flow
- prepare and serve food as directed
- stock and restock inventory shelves
- clean and maintain café equipment
- wash dishes as needed
- track workstation supplies and report reorders
- maintain positive customer and team relationships
- uphold safety standards and use safety equipment
- perform cleanliness and sanitation duties
- follow quality control processes
- assist with inventory and cost reduction
- cross-train in other work centers
- pursue Serve-Safe certification
