Job Duties
- assist in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
- advance the value that the resident comes first
- create attributes of home and model person centered care within the dining environment
- support regular and texture modified diets as needed
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and kitchen areas
- collaborate with team members to deliver seamless dining service
