Job Duties
- Provide assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
- advance the value that the resident comes first
- work to create attributes of home and model person centered care
- assist with regular and texture modified diets
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- collaborate with kitchen staff to meet resident dietary needs
