Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in food service
- culinary or kitchen-adjacent leadership experience preferred
- experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, healthcare, military or similar food service operations
- proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Associate's degree preferred
Job Qualifications

- experience with table service and catering preferred

Job Duties
- Lead and oversee dining services operations for a small to medium volume location
- manage, coach, and support a team of food service professionals in a seated dining room and special events setting
- serve as the primary point of contact for guests, resolving concerns professionally and service-focused
- partner with the Chef and leadership team on menu execution, food quality, and service standards
- support budgeting, profit and loss performance, and cost controls for the account
- ensure compliance with sanitation, food safety, infection control, and quality standards
- assist with implementation of new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams
- contribute to quarterly client reports and operational presentations
- collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to drive innovation, food quality, and sales growth
- perform other duties as assigned
