Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in dining services management or related field
  • demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of hospitality industry standards
  • ability to handle scheduling and payroll budgeting
  • strong customer service orientation
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to comply with state and federal regulations
  • excellent communication skills
  • problem-solving and decision-making ability

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in dining or hospitality management
  • strong understanding of dining operations and hospitality principles
  • ability to train and mentor staff effectively
  • experience managing scheduling and administrative duties
  • knowledge of state and federal regulations related to dining services
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work under pressure and make decisions promptly
  • commitment to compassionate service and teamwork
  • flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events

Job Duties

  • Create wait staff scheduling
  • recommend changes to food products to enhance dining experience and profitability
  • supervise the closure of dining rooms at the end of dinner
  • help maintain appropriate payroll budgeting
  • assist in managing kitchen and dining staff to achieve customer service and financial goals
  • help create a positive work environment to maintain low staff turnover
  • assist in coordinating front and back of house staff to create seamless flow
  • be responsible for training and development of new wait staff
  • provide coaching and counseling to employees for effective job performance
  • support the needs of the dining department
