Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
Ability to work weekends and accommodate schedule flexibility
Successful completion of background check
Physical ability to perform dining service duties including standing and lifting
Commitment to follow health and safety guidelines

Job Duties

Assist in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
Work diligently to ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
Advance the value that the resident comes first
Create attributes of home and model person-centered care within the community
Support regular and texture modified diet preparations and meal service
Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining service areas
Collaborate with team members to meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences
