Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Three to five years of foodservice management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Financial and business knowledge
  • Ability to work collaboratively with culinary and marketing teams
  • Capability to manage budget and P&L
  • Commitment to maintaining client satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of science in hospitality preferred
  • Three to five years of foodservice management experience required
  • Dining experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Financial and business acumen
  • Ability to manage client relationships successfully

Job Duties

  • Oversee all profit and loss (P&L) and budgeting related to the account
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients
  • Work with the chef and management team to create nutritious and high-quality food for students
  • Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with company marketing and culinary teams
  • Act as a liaison between the company, clients, and the community
  • Lead and develop a team of foodservice employees
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
