Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial and business knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively with culinary and marketing teams
- Capability to manage budget and P&L
- Commitment to maintaining client satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of science in hospitality preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice management experience required
- Dining experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Financial and business acumen
- Ability to manage client relationships successfully
Job Duties
- Oversee all profit and loss (P&L) and budgeting related to the account
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients
- Work with the chef and management team to create nutritious and high-quality food for students
- Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with company marketing and culinary teams
- Act as a liaison between the company, clients, and the community
- Lead and develop a team of foodservice employees
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
