Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience as a director of culinary in dining services with management experience in a senior living community
  • Experience in fine dining helpful
  • Supervisory and management experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • ServSafe certification
  • Culinary degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee the dining services operation of the community
  • Create dynamic menu options and manage ordering supplies
  • Adhere to department budget
  • Provide outstanding customer and upscale dining services
  • Hire, schedule and supervise dietary and kitchen staff
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform some cooking duties
