Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five to seven years of foodservice operational management experience
- Proven P&L management experience
- ServSafe certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Proficient computer skills
- Relocation assistance eligibility
Job Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field, or A.A. degree plus four years of related experience
- Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience
- Strong knowledge of food and catering trends
- Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and coaching skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate at various organizational levels
- Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office
- ServSafe Certified
Job Duties
- Develop and implement overall operating strategy aligned with business goals
- Take full ownership of driving outcomes and hold leadership accountable
- Evaluate personnel, operations, and culinary situations and make recommendations
- Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Direct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
- Lead communication through pre-meal briefings and staff meetings
- Advise executives and team members on relevant operational information
