- Experience managing a dining service department
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards
- Basic accounting and mathematical abilities

Job Duties
- Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operations of the Dietary Department
- Oversee the food service department and be responsible for preparation and directing of attractive nutritious meals to all residents
- Supervise all food service personnel
- Responsible for purchase, receipt, storage, and preparation of food for the community
- Ensure compliance with kitchen sanitation and safety standards
- Manage food inventory and supplies
- Prepare necessary reports related to dietary operations
