- Supervisory experience of one to three years

- Ensure safety and sanitation protocols are upheld
- Recognize customer requirements and convey operational advancements
- Implement Aramark methods and frameworks within operations
- Increase income and oversee financial plans, including expenses monitoring
- Prepare accurate and continual profit and loss statements
- Achieve food and workforce objectives
- Allocate resources effectively for quality and cost control
- Execute and sustain Aramark’s labor and food project plans
- Streamline operations to optimize profits
- Achieve full adherence to Operational Excellence principles
- Supervise manufacturing, delivery, and provision of food services
- Comply with safety, health, and labor laws
- Create protocols for procurement, handling, storage, cooking, and presentation of food
- Forecast operational elements and manage accounting tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Manage unit staff, ensuring quality and expense control
- Acquire and maintain front-line staff
- Perform regular inventory inspections
- Maintain documentation in line with regulations
- Engage with client leadership to nurture positive interactions
- Participate in sales procedures and agreement discussions
- Seek opportunities to introduce new offerings
- Oversee front-of-house responsibilities
- Develop and execute food service strategies aligned with client goals and eco-friendly methods
