- Supervise manufacturing, delivery, and provision of food services
- Uphold safety and well-being of clients, customers, and staff
- Abide by policies, guidelines, and statutes
- Create and uphold protocols for food procurement, handling, storage, cooking, and presentation
- Forecast operational elements and manage accounting tasks
- Verify cleanliness and safety standards
- Oversee unit staff production, marketing, quality standards, expenses, workforce management, and training
- Acquire, employ, nurture, and maintain staff
- Perform regular inventory inspections
- Maintain documentation per ARAMARK and regulatory standards
- Engage with client leadership and foster positive interactions
- Participate in sales procedures and agreement discussions
- Seek opportunities for new offerings to drive sales
