Job Requirements

  • minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations management
  • proven experience managing multiple food and beverage venues
  • current state health and sanitation certification
  • proficient in supervising, hiring, training, and motivating staff
  • strong computer skills including microsoft office and pos systems
  • excellent communication skills and financial acumen
  • current cpr and first aid certifications or willingness to become certified
  • bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management, business, or related field preferred

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations management
  • proven experience managing multiple food and beverage venues
  • strong analytical skills including budgeting and reporting
  • current state health and sanitation certification
  • proficient in staff supervision, hiring, and training
  • strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • excellent communication and financial acumen
  • certification as a dietary manager (cdm) is a plus
  • willingness to obtain cdm and certified food and beverage executive (cfbe) certifications
  • current cpr and first aid certifications or willingness to become certified
  • bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management, business, or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • lead all food and beverage operations across multiple venues
  • manage budgeting, reporting, and staff training
  • supervise hiring, training, and motivating staff
  • ensure compliance with state health and sanitation regulations
  • uphold formal dining standards
  • oversee POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • provide exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests
