Job Requirements
- minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations management
- proven experience managing multiple food and beverage venues
- current state health and sanitation certification
- proficient in supervising, hiring, training, and motivating staff
- strong computer skills including microsoft office and pos systems
- excellent communication skills and financial acumen
- current cpr and first aid certifications or willingness to become certified
- bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management, business, or related field preferred
Job Qualifications

- strong analytical skills including budgeting and reporting
- current state health and sanitation certification
- proficient in staff supervision, hiring, and training
- strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and POS systems
- excellent communication and financial acumen
- certification as a dietary manager (cdm) is a plus
- willingness to obtain cdm and certified food and beverage executive (cfbe) certifications
- current cpr and first aid certifications or willingness to become certified
- bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management, business, or related field preferred
Job Duties
- lead all food and beverage operations across multiple venues
- manage budgeting, reporting, and staff training
- supervise hiring, training, and motivating staff
- ensure compliance with state health and sanitation regulations
- uphold formal dining standards
- oversee POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- provide exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests
