Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • three to five years of related foodservice operation experience
  • experience in high volume production and catering
  • prior budget management experience
  • proven leadership skills
  • strong communication abilities
  • authorized to work in the US

Job Duties

  • maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
  • work with the chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
  • oversee all p&l and budgeting as it pertains to the account
  • roll out new culinary programs
  • manage and lead a team of associates
  • ensure client satisfaction and address any operational issues
  • develop and implement strategic plans for dining services
