Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' results-driven leadership or equivalent experience within a hospitality and culinary focused environment preferred
- Any current state-sanctioned regulatory Food and Alcoholic Beverage Licenses that are required in order to work within the food, beverage, and/or health services environment
- ServSafe certification or the pursuit of the certification once beginning employment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, strategize, problem solve, manage time effectively and successfully develop infrastructure
Job Qualifications

- Experience includes multi-venue hotels, resorts, restaurants, and/or high-end senior living environments
- Any current state-sanctioned regulatory Food and Alcoholic Beverage Licenses required to work within the food, beverage, and/or health services environment

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, strategize, problem solve, manage time effectively and successfully develop infrastructure
Job Duties
- Analyze and engage all members for both strengths and improvement opportunities
- Ensure all are well suited to the team and their role
- Build relationships with both team members and residents by empathizing and assuming positive intent
- Communicate genuinely and transparently
- Design, implement, and enforce policies and procedures for the department that support community mission and values
- Collaborate with pertinent corporate partners to maintain alignment with core policies, procedures, and best practices and develop efficiencies across communities
- Make judgment calls on decisions of importance relating to department and community operations, team members, and policy/procedure
- Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines applicable to the community and department
- Ensure all team members are trained in accordance with a consistent and effective training process/program
- Maintain optimal results regarding all regulatory audits, state and federal surveys, mock surveys, health inspections, corporate assessments and Corporate Director of Dining Services site visits, and resident and team member surveys
- Respond to areas requiring correction in a timely and impactful manner
- Provide good stewardship of finances through thorough and timely financial record keeping, inventory control and payment of invoices
- Work collaboratively with the VP of Culinary Services and your Executive Director to prepare annual budget for Dining Services
- Adhere to the annual budget for both operating expenses and revenues
