Job Requirements

- Experience managing dining service department in hospitality
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards
- Basic accounting and math abilities

Job Duties
- Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operations of the dietary department
- Oversee the food service department and supervise all food service personnel
- Responsible for the preparation or directing of attractive nutritious meals for residents
- Manage purchasing, receipt, and storage of food supplies
- Ensure kitchen sanitation and safety standards are implemented and maintained
- Monitor compliance with dietary guidelines and nutritional needs of seniors
- Prepare reports related to food service operations and inventory management
