Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to work a variable schedule including some weekends
  • ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds frequently
  • capability to stand and move for prolonged periods
  • ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • strong communication skills
  • background check clearance required

Job Qualifications

  • no prior experience necessary
  • one year of customer service experience preferred
  • ability to perform multiple food service roles
  • successful completion of TIPS training preferred
  • two or more years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee and specialty drinks
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
  • handle customer transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service
  • prepare and bake pastries, bread, and other baked goods according to recipes
  • manage concessions stands including food preparation, serving, restocking, and cleanliness
  • assist with setup, service, and cleanup of catering events ensuring quality presentation and timely service
