Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work a variable schedule including some weekends
- ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds frequently
- capability to stand and move for prolonged periods
- ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- strong communication skills
- background check clearance required
Job Qualifications
- no prior experience necessary
- one year of customer service experience preferred
- ability to perform multiple food service roles
- successful completion of TIPS training preferred
- two or more years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Job Duties
- prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee and specialty drinks
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- handle customer transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service
- prepare and bake pastries, bread, and other baked goods according to recipes
- manage concessions stands including food preparation, serving, restocking, and cleanliness
- assist with setup, service, and cleanup of catering events ensuring quality presentation and timely service
