Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work a variable schedule including weekends
- ability to perform physical duties such as lifting up to 20 pounds frequent movement and prolonged standing or sitting
- strong communication and multitasking skills
- willingness to undergo background check
Job Qualifications
- no prior experience necessary but 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
- successful completion of TIPS training
- two or more years of customer service and or hospitality experience preferred
Job Duties
- prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee tea and specialty drinks while ensuring consistency and quality
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by washing dishes utensils and cooking equipment and ensuring sanitation standards are met
- handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently process payments and provide excellent customer service
- prepare and bake a variety of pastries bread and other baked goods following recipes and maintaining consistency in quality and presentation
- manage concessions stands by preparing and serving food and beverages handling transactions restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness
- assist with the setup service and cleanup of catering events ensuring that all food and beverages are presented attractively and served promptly
