Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to work a variable schedule including weekends
  • ability to perform physical duties such as lifting up to 20 pounds frequent movement and prolonged standing or sitting
  • strong communication and multitasking skills
  • willingness to undergo background check

Job Qualifications

  • no prior experience necessary but 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
  • successful completion of TIPS training
  • two or more years of customer service and or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee tea and specialty drinks while ensuring consistency and quality
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by washing dishes utensils and cooking equipment and ensuring sanitation standards are met
  • handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently process payments and provide excellent customer service
  • prepare and bake a variety of pastries bread and other baked goods following recipes and maintaining consistency in quality and presentation
  • manage concessions stands by preparing and serving food and beverages handling transactions restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness
  • assist with the setup service and cleanup of catering events ensuring that all food and beverages are presented attractively and served promptly
