Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dining services or hospitality management
- Proven leadership ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to follow state and federal regulations
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
- Willingness to lead by example and mentor staff

- Experience in managing and motivating a team of employees
- Knowledge of dining operations
- Ability to train and schedule team members
- Understanding of State and Federal regulations related to food service and residents' rights

- Ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Flexible schedule including availability on weekends, evenings, holidays and special events
Job Duties
- Create wait staff scheduling
- Recommend changes to food products as necessary to enhance the dining experience and improve the company's profitability
- Supervise the closure of the dining rooms at the end of dinner
- Help maintain appropriate payroll budgeting
- Assist in managing kitchen and dining staff to achieve customer service and financial goals of dining department
- Help create a positive work environment in order to maintain low staff turnover
- Assist in coordinating front and back of house staff to create a seamless flow
- Responsible for training and development of new wait staff
- Provide appropriate coaching and counseling to employees so they can perform job duties effectively
- Support the needs of the dining department
