Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in dining services or hospitality management
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational and scheduling skills
- knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- ability to work under pressure and make decisions
- flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- willingness to uphold company values and culture

- Experience in hospitality or dining services management

- ability to train, coach and mentor staff
- understanding of dining operations and service standards
- knowledge of State and Federal regulations related to dining and resident rights
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties
- Create wait staff scheduling
- recommend changes to food products to enhance the dining experience and improve profitability
- supervise the closure of dining rooms at the end of dinner
- help maintain appropriate payroll budgeting
- assist in managing kitchen and dining staff to achieve customer service and financial goals
- help create a positive work environment to maintain low staff turnover
- assist in coordinating front and back of house staff to create a seamless flow
- be responsible for training and development of new wait staff
- provide coaching and counseling to employees to perform effectively
- support the needs of the dining department
