Job Requirements

  • Basic experience with regular and texture modified diets preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow established policies and procedures
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Willingness to support resident care and dining services

Job Duties

  • Assist with all dining services functions according to established policies and procedures
  • Ensure residents receive the highest quality dining experience with each meal
  • Provide support for regular and texture-modified diets
  • Promote person-centered care and the resident-first philosophy
  • Help create a homelike dining atmosphere that fosters comfort and respect for residents
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized dining environment
  • Engage with residents to support their dining preferences and needs
