- Basic experience with regular and texture modified diets preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to support resident care and dining services

Job Duties
- Assist with all dining services functions according to established policies and procedures
- Ensure residents receive the highest quality dining experience with each meal
- Provide support for regular and texture-modified diets
- Promote person-centered care and the resident-first philosophy
- Help create a homelike dining atmosphere that fosters comfort and respect for residents
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized dining environment
- Engage with residents to support their dining preferences and needs
