Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
- Ability to follow established dining service policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in dining areas
- Willingness to work various shifts including weekends
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Compassionate and resident-centered attitude
- Previous experience in a similar dietary or dining services role is advantageous
Job Duties
- Assist in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure that every resident receives the highest quality dining experience with each meal
- Support regular and texture-modified diets
- Advance the value that the resident comes first
- Work to create attributes of home and model person-centered care
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and care staff to meet residents' dietary needs
