Job Duties
- assist in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
- support regular and texture modified diets as needed
- promote a resident-first approach in all dining activities
- contribute to creating a home-like atmosphere reflecting person-centered care
- collaborate with team members to maintain dining area cleanliness and order
- adhere to food safety and health regulations
