Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in dietary or dining services is beneficial
- ability to follow established policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Assist in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
- support the preparation and serving of regular and texture modified diets
- promote person-centered care and model attributes of home for residents
- actively engage and participate in residents' dining experiences
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area
- collaborate with team members to enhance overall dining services quality
