Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in dining services or healthcare setting is a plus
  • ability to follow detailed instructions
  • excellent communication skills
  • physically able to stand for long periods and perform duties
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • assist in all dining services functions according to established policies and procedures
  • ensure every resident receives the highest quality dining experience with each meal
  • support preparation and serving of meals including regular and texture modified diets
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and kitchens
  • engage with residents in a respectful and person-centered manner
  • promote a home-like atmosphere for residents
  • follow safety and hygiene standards continuously
