Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in dining services or healthcare setting is a plus
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- excellent communication skills
- physically able to stand for long periods and perform duties
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- assist in all dining services functions according to established policies and procedures
- ensure every resident receives the highest quality dining experience with each meal
- support preparation and serving of meals including regular and texture modified diets
- maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and kitchens
- engage with residents in a respectful and person-centered manner
- promote a home-like atmosphere for residents
- follow safety and hygiene standards continuously
