Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Physical ability to perform duties involving standing and lifting

Job Duties
- Provide assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
- Advance the value that the resident comes first in all actions and decisions
- Work to create a homelike community environment for residents
- Model person-centered care in daily responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and serving of regular and texture-modified diets as required
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the dining area
