Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
  • Ability to follow established policies and procedures
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Physical ability to perform duties involving standing and lifting
  • Commitment to providing person-centered care

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
  • Advance the value that the resident comes first in all actions and decisions
  • Work to create a homelike community environment for residents
  • Model person-centered care in daily responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of regular and texture-modified diets as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the dining area
