Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience with regular and texture-modified diets a plus
Ability to communicate effectively
Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
Ability to handle physical aspects of the job such as standing for extended periods
Commitment to providing compassionate and respectful care
Reliable and punctual work attendance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Assist in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
Ensure every resident receives a high-quality dining experience with each meal
Prepare and serve food following regular and texture-modified diets
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Foster a person-centered care environment that empowers residents
Collaborate with team members to support a friendly and engaging dining atmosphere
Adhere to health and safety standards in all food handling and service activities
