Job Duties
- Assist with all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure every resident receives the highest quality dining experience with each meal
- Promote resident-first value in all aspects of work
- Treat the community as the resident's home and model person-centered care
- Assist with preparation and serving of food
- Adhere to dietary restrictions including regular and texture modified diets
- Maintain a clean and safe dining environment
