Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
  • Ability to follow established policies and procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Must be able to lift and carry moderate weight

Job Duties

  • Assist with all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Ensure every resident receives the highest quality dining experience with each meal
  • Promote resident-first value in all aspects of work
  • Treat the community as the resident's home and model person-centered care
  • Assist with preparation and serving of food
  • Adhere to dietary restrictions including regular and texture modified diets
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment
