Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts including weekends
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to follow established policies and procedures
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Physical ability to perform dining services duties

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
  • Provide support for regular and texture-modified diets
  • Participate actively in creating a home-like environment for residents during meals
  • Model person-centered care by valuing the community as a resident's home
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold resident-first values
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in dining areas
