- Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including weekends
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Physical ability to perform dining services duties

Job Duties
- Assist in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
- Provide support for regular and texture-modified diets
- Participate actively in creating a home-like environment for residents during meals
- Model person-centered care by valuing the community as a resident's home
- Collaborate with team members to uphold resident-first values
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in dining areas
