Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
  • Ability to follow established policies and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Basic understanding of food safety standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist in all dining services functions according to established policies and procedures
  • Ensure residents receive the highest quality dining experience with each meal
  • Support residents with regular and texture modified diets
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment
  • Collaborate with team members to provide person-centered care
  • Help create a home-like atmosphere for residents
  • Follow health and safety regulations in food handling and service
