Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in dining services or food preparation is a plus
- ability to follow established policies and protocols
- reliable and punctual
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- physical ability to perform tasks required in dining services

- previous experience with dining services or dietary aide roles is an advantage

Job Duties
- assist in dining services functions according to established policies and procedures
- ensure high quality and excellent dining experience for every resident
- support meal preparation and service including texture modified diets
- promote a home-like environment and person centered care
- collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding dining services
- handle food service equipment safely and maintain cleanliness
- communicate effectively with residents and staff to meet dietary needs
