Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in dining services or food preparation is a plus
  • ability to follow established policies and protocols
  • reliable and punctual
  • good interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • physical ability to perform tasks required in dining services

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience with dining services or dietary aide roles is an advantage
  • knowledge of regular and texture modified diets is beneficial
  • strong communication skills

  • basic food safety understanding

Job Duties

  • assist in dining services functions according to established policies and procedures
  • ensure high quality and excellent dining experience for every resident
  • support meal preparation and service including texture modified diets
  • promote a home-like environment and person centered care
  • collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding dining services
  • handle food service equipment safely and maintain cleanliness
  • communicate effectively with residents and staff to meet dietary needs
