Job Requirements
- Minimum age 16 years
- ability to work evenings and alternate weekends
- willingness to adhere to community policies and procedures
- ability to attend all required trainings including Relias training
- physical ability to perform cleaning and serving tasks
- commitment to consistent and predictable attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 to 3 months experience in hospitality, fast food, or a related field
- knowledge of customer service principles
- ability to understand and fulfill residents' meal preferences
- good communication skills
- willingness to learn and follow safety procedures for cleaning supplies
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, alternating weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide a pleasant meal experience for assisted living and memory care residents
- prepare the dining room for meals
- serve plated food to residents ensuring menu selections are correct
- maintain appropriate beverage levels throughout meals
- clean dining rooms and service areas after meals
- store all dining and kitchen equipment properly
- clean kitchen appliances, floors, food storage areas, refrigerator, freezer, and sinks according to schedule
