Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to two years experience in dietary or food service supervision preferred
- ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to maintain accurate records and inventory control

- One to two years experience in a similar position preferred
- enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to our senior residents
Job Duties
- Assists with conducting inventory, purchasing, storing and preparation of food according to the provided menus and regulations
- establishes and maintains procedures to meet safety and sanitation standards
- provide leadership and supervision of dietary staff employees including hiring, training, and evaluating
- establishes and maintains records/receipts regarding dietary operations
- submits purchase invoices and receipts to the appropriate staff for processing to include coding as requested
- maintains inventory control
