Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one to two years experience in food service or related field preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- good communication skills
- ability to observe and report changes in resident needs
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- one to two years experience in a similar position preferred
- enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to senior residents
Job Duties
- provide healthy food for residents
- maintain standards for dining services including efficient meal service delivery
- ensure customer service and cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen
- report problems, concerns and issues observed with food service
- communicate changes in resident status, needs or preferences
- observe all work, safety and administrative rules including local and state requirements
