Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to two years of experience in a similar position preferred
- ability to provide exceptional customer service and care to senior residents
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong communication skills
- ability to observe and report changes in resident status and needs
- adherence to local and state safety and work regulations

Job Duties
- Provide healthy food for residents
- maintain standards for dining services including efficient meal service delivery, customer service, and cleanliness of dining room and kitchen
- report problems, concerns, and issues with food service
- communicate observations regarding changes in resident status, needs, or preferences
- observe all work, safety, and administrative rules, including local and state requirements
