Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar position preferred
- Ability to provide healthy meal options respecting dietary needs
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to observe and report changes in resident conditions
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow local and state regulations
Job Qualifications
- One to two years' experience in a similar position preferred
- Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to senior residents
Job Duties
- Provide healthy food for residents
- Maintain standards for dining services including meal delivery, customer service, and cleanliness
- Report problems and concerns related to food service
- Observe changes in resident status, needs, or preferences and communicate appropriately
- Follow all work, safety, and administrative rules including local and state regulations
