Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and carrying trays and supplies
- Availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Assists with setting up tables, waiting tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, bussing tables, cleaning and sanitizing tables, and washing dishes
- Keeps work area clean and sanitary at all times including cleaning pots, pans, utensils, kitchen equipment
- Sweeps and mops floors
- Uses equipment such as walk-in and reach-in coolers, steam tables, mixers, tongs, knives, spatulas, plates, griddles, ovens, broilers, microwaves, ladles, and measuring utensils
- Supports occasional off-site functions by helping with food service needs
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe dining environment
